We are Seth and Millie Burgett - business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate gurus, and mom and dad to two little girls!
Over the 10 years we have been married, we discovered a shared passion for construction, real estate, and creating things that last. In 2019, we left our careers as a nurse and firefighter to pursue a lifestyle more flexible for our family.
That's what we are all about.

THE PROCESS
1. The process begins with a phone call where we learn your concerns and schedule an inspection!
2. During the inspection, we evaluate the roof and discuss our findings with you.
3. From there, we will determine whether a repair or replacement is the best solution. If the damage is storm-related, we will help you understand your options and navigate the insurance claims process.
4. Once we identify the best path forward, we will review material options, discuss manufacturers, and choose a roofing system and color that best fits your home, budget, and goals! We will provide a customized quote for you to review.
5. If you choose to move forward with Grand Oak Roofing, we will schedule the project, coordinate material delivery, and communicate through the entire process.
6. After the project is complete, we perform a final walk-through, ensure property is clean, and make sure you are satisfied with the job. Our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible!
